There was a card in the box stating this was actually a Central Pneumatic compressor. The same kind you get at Harbor Freight.
I bought this to replace an aging MF1040 that I use on the trail to air up. Purchased a power inverter to run this in the Jeep and thought I was set. No way. This thing took just as long as the small infaltor, didn't try running air tools, but could not imagine this being able to run them well at all. It emptied the tank immediately and ran the whole time. Returned to Amazon.
